Vineyard Information: Planting density 5000 vines/Ha. The soil is a mix of sand and clay, virtually no stone at all. Pruning method of single Guyot ensures low yields, about 70Hl/Ha
Vinification & Maturation:
Vinification: stainless steel fermentation vats for 6 days.
Maturation: 8 months in large French oak barrels of 25hl and 50hl. Sangiovese 85%, 15% Cabernet
Sauvignon: This wine presents itself with a concentrated ruby red, dark with reflexes of purple. Intense notes of fruits, spices and cherry. A well structured wine with delicate tannins and fresh, tasty aromas.
