IGT TOSCANA ROSATO

Vinification: Carefully selected bunches were destemmed and the must macerated for about 6 hours at a controlled temperature, until the desired colour was obtained. Then the must was extracted and only the liquid was stored in an insulated vat at a temperature of–4°C for a natural clarification. This must fermented in stainless steel vats at a tempareture of 17°C, which allows to preserve fresh fruity aromas.
Tasting Notes: Bright pale pink colour with copper hints. Some petals on the nose with wild strawberry and raspberry aromas. It has light body and soft texture. It is refreshing in the finish with delicate citrus fruit flavours.
Food Pairings: Cold cuts, sushi, pecorino cheese, salads, cereals.
