During your lesson, you will learn how to prepare traditional Tuscan recipes. The idea is to share the beauty and goodness of the surrounding area, using only local seasonal ingredients.
The chefs of the restaurant accompany guests on a journey to discover the traditional Tuscan cuisine through the preparation of dishes like fresh potato gnocchi, handmade tagliatelle, tortellini and chicken liver pate for classic Tuscan crostini.
The duration of the course is about 3 hours. When you are finished cooking, you will be served the meal you lovingly prepared in the main banquet hall of the castle.
