Will the entire structure be sanitized before reopening?

Before reopening we provide a thorough cleaning and disinfection of all environments.

 

Are the rooms sanitized daily?

All the rooms, both in departure and at rest, are sanitized daily by our service staff with specific approved products.

 

Are the swimming pool and common areas sanitized?

Every evening, when the pool is closed, even the sun loungers and tables by the pool, as well as all the tables and armchairs in the common areas, are sanitized by our staff.

 

Is it necessary to use the mask?

In accordance with the recent legal provisions, it is mandatory to use the mask throughout the structure, except in your own rooms and while eating. PLEASE BRING BOTH YOUR MASK AND YOUR HEADSET FOR THE POOL, MANDATORY BY LAW.

 

Is there space for everyone around the pool?

Yes, each accommodation is assigned its own umbrella with related sun beds / deck chairs available to guests for the duration of their stay.

 

Is the restaurant open?

Of course, the restaurant complies with safety regulations. During the summer, lunch and dinner are served in the garden.

 

How does the breakfast buffet work?

Given the safety distance regulations, the breakfast buffet has been redesigned: you will always find the usual specialties, but our staff will serve you what you prefer.

 

Is the distance between the tables maintained in the breakfast room?

Of course, you can sit comfortably at your table with your family, in the tranquility that our staff has thought of everything for your safety.
