After three years of careful renovation, which began in January 2022, the Matta Family is proud to announce the opening of the Borgo – the new haven of peace nestled among the vineyards of Castello Vicchiomaggio.
This small rural hamlet, dating back to the early 1900s and once home to local tenant farmers, has been lovingly restored to its former charm. It includes two traditional farmhouses and two barns, all fully renovated, with private gardens, spacious interiors, and a shared panoramic swimming pool surrounded by nature.
Each residence is named after the last inhabitants who once lived here: Franca, Nando, Marino, and Marcella. Guests can book an individual house or the entire Borgo.
