Sustainability

Castello Vicchiomaggio joined the VIVA project, “Sustainability in Italian Viticulture”, in March 2021.

The project aims to measure sustainability performance across the entire wine supply chain and is promoted by the Italian Ministry for Ecological Transition.

This certification is the result of Vicchiomaggio’s ongoing commitment to the daily planning and management of its activities, guided by a responsible and sustainable approach, with particular attention to present and future generations and the development of a concrete environmental awareness aimed at safeguarding the natural surroundings.

Castello Vicchiomaggio is also actively involved in promoting the territory in which it is located through collaborations with both local and national institutions and associations.
