Vinification & Maturation:
Vinified in very small stainless steel tanks (50 Hl) for about 18-20 days.
Maturation in 225 Lt. barriques for 24 months followed by a minimum of 12 months in bottle before release.
Tasting Notes: 100% Merlot, deliciously smooth tannins. Huge structure due to the very low yield. A wine that can be enjoyed when released bat with enormous maturation potential.
