Description: Ripa delle Mandorle is the result of the encounter of Trebbiano, classic Tuscan grape, with a small part of Chardonnay, more fragrant grape.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow. Floral and fruity on the nose: acacia, apple, nectarine and almond. It is very well balanced on the palate, it has medium body and a saline sensation in the finish.
It is meant to be a fresh and light wine, perfect in summer days or with light food.
