Vinification & Maturation:
Vinification: Small (50Hl.) stainless fermentation vats ensure maximum skin/liquid contact
for a period of 10 to 15 days.
Maturation: 20 months in new French oak barriques (225 Lt) followed by about 7 months in
bottle before release.
Tasting Notes: Stylish, deep ruby/violet red. Plummy/blueberry character, hints of herbs and
mint. Rich soft oppulent tannins. Long intense finish, no harshness. Very enjoyable
now will develop over many years.
