Vinification: Sainless steel vats. About 15 days of skin contact.
Maturation: 6-7 months in large oak barrels. 3 months in bottle before leaving our cellar.
Description: Ripa delle Mandorle Rosso is a red wine from the Tuscany region and is produced with traditional Sangiovese grape and a part of Cabernet Sauvignon, that contributes with a more exotic flavour. It is a modern wine with an international taste, very versatile, that can be drunk alone or with food.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour. On the nose red cherry, red currrant, violet with a touch of mint. Medium body with very good flavour intensity. Tannins are soft and grant drinkability. It has a balsamic refreshing finish.
Food Pairings: Pasta with meat sauce, BBQ, cheese.
